How secure is your Office 365 environment against attacks?

The Office 365 security hardening includes the creation of these processes:

1. Multi factor authentication set up

2. Global admin set up for x2 users

3. Block company data from being forwarded to external emails

4. Set up audit logging - Records user interactions in case of a security breach.

5. Mail box auditing - This also helps audit situations if a data breach occurs. 

6. Outgoing mail notifications - Notifies when a user is blocked for sending high volume email (very common in an account take over).

7. Set up of a weekly malware detection report. 

8. Block external calendar sharing.

9. Failed log in Report-  identify users who have signed in after multiple failed log in attempts. 

10. Setting expiration times for externally sent links - in case customer accounts are hacked. 

11. Enable versioning history all SharePoint document sites

12. Classification tags in SharePoint

13. Anti-Spam set up
