I will produce custom applications based off requirements provided. The requirements provided must outline the fundamental functions needed to be met such as (adjust my monitor brightness).If you provide requirements stating that, I will assume you have 1 monitor and only need this to work for one monitor. If you have multiple monitors please indicate by providing a number (adjust my 3 monitors brightness).
I will assume you mean all monitors.
I will deny requests to develop possibly malicious software.
You may choose the framework used by the application, if none is provided I will use a recently released version.
If you want me to design the interface for the application a certain way I will want a rough outline/drawing of the interface and a brief description on what action you want each button/control to perform.
