I have a great experience of JAVA programming language, I accomplish many JAVA projects in school. I can create you database and integrate it in MySQL or any database recommanded and then create your project using JAVA programming especialy java SWING.

2. Create you application in JAVA 
3. Connect the application with database
4. Create a design for the application(it my be choosen)
